Drawn to ancient knowledge from early childhood, she began exploring the mysteries of the Yi Jing at just eleven years old. As a teenager, she naturally gravitated toward Western astrology, inspired by the belief that destiny is not fixed - that we co-create our lives, and that things begin to flow with more ease when we understand and respect universal natural laws.
Although classically educated, Helena always felt called to dedicate her life to what truly fascinated and fulfilled her. Her passion for cultures and world travel eventually led her to Asia - the birthplace of Chinese Metaphysics. Over time, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, she discovered a structured and comprehensive academic approach to the very disciplines she had dreamed of studying since childhood.
Today, she continues to refine her expertise year after year through the world-renowned Master Academy of Chinese Metaphysics, founded by Joey Yap.
